We will attempt to keep our services in this new format as close as possible to our “Taos Tradition.”
Rabbi Judith and Cindy Grossman will lead us in song and prayer, and members will read from our Holocaust Torah scroll.
As always, our Board President, Gary Atias, will lead our Yizkor services, and additional voices will be included.

To maintain continuity and comfort with the new platform, we will continue to use the Wings of Awe machzor (High Holiday prayer book) for all services. Thanks to a generous contribution from Rabbi Chavah Carp, we now have an additional eighty copies.
We will be distributing these prayerbooks at the TJC on Thursdays, September 3, 10 and 17th, 3-4 pm.

You may borrow a prayerbook and sign for it and we expect it to be returned, or
You may purchase an older copy for yourself, for a contribution of $20.

If you have family members out of town who want to participate, they may also purchase a copy
for a contribution of $20 plus shipping

If you have special needs, you can contact Gary @ 575/ 770-7669.

There will be no charge for these Zoom services, though we rely on memberships and generous donations to sustain our community. Because of the limitations of the Zoom platform, we must limit participation to TJC members and their families. We feel confident that we can manage that number of people, but are concerned  if the participation is any larger.

The High Holiday Committee will be contacting members to fill specific roles.
If you wish to participate, or have any questions or concerns,
please contact one of the committee members --
Gary Atias, Neal Friedman, Bruce or Cindy Grossman, or Rabbi Judith.

Together, we will bring in a New Year, 5781.
May it be a year of good health for us all.

The TJC Board and Rabbi Judith Halevy
