RABBI JUDITH HALEVY

Rabbi Judith HaLevy, Rabbi Emerita of the

Malibu Jewish Center & Synagogue, is now the

Rabbi of the Taos Jewish Center.

She holds advanced degrees in International Relations from both Rutgers University and Columbia University, and studied international education in Mexico City and Tel Aviv.
Yet Taos holds a special place in her heart.

Rabbi Judith says, L’chaim! To Life!

"For me, personally, this is a moment of great celebration and homecoming. As many of you know, Taos was my home for eighteen years, and the Taos community provided the very foundation of my spiritual life.... I was always the 'Rabbi from Taos.' Now, in these retirement years, my dream has come true."
